Guillermo L. Sierra, State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License RD2045, is the Chief Residential Appraiser of              ACCREDITED Appraisal Associates, Inc.

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Guillermo began his appraisal career in 1986 with AmeriFirst Savings & Loan Appraisal Company. Since then, he has completed more than 15,000 residential appraisals throughout Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and Martin Counties.

His experience includes Conventional as well as FHA mortgage lending and review assignments, estate and probate appraisals, divorce matters, PMI removal, litigation support, private appraisal assignments, investment and expert witness services.

Guillermo is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been active in real estate sales and investing since 1982, giving him extensive firsthand knowledge of the South Florida real estate market.

When required by the assignment, the property is inspected to evaluate its size, condition, quality, improvements, and overall characteristics.

Relevant market sales are researched and analyzed to determine how buyers are reacting to properties similar to the subject.

The market evidence is reconciled into a supported opinion of value and presented in a professional appraisal report.

 Each appraisal assignment is developed in accordance with the applicable scope of work and intended use of the appraisal.
